What suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver FREE to areas within a 30km radius of Tea Tree Gully SA.

Can your meals be safely frozen in their packaging?

Yes all packaging is suitable for freezing.

Is the packaging suitable for microwaves and ovens?

Yes you can reheat our meals in the foil packaging in conventional ovens, but not in microwaves. Our plastic containers can be microwaved. You must remove plastic lids on soup containers first before microwaving.

How long will meals last before they must be consumed?

Meals should be consumed within 3 days of delivery/pick-up unless frozen immediately.

 

Do you offer meals with Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten free options? There will usually be some Vegetarian and Gluten free options on our menu and occasionally a Vegan option.

Must I be home when meals are delivered?

If you are not going to be home please let us know and leave an esky with an icebrick in an easy to access area.

Are meals delivered fresh or frozen?

Meals will always be delivered fresh unless requested to be frozen in advance.
